Lava Dating App:

• Actively moderates content uploaded to the platform.
• May suspend users when there is suspicion of illegal activity.
• May permanently terminate accounts involved in illegal activities.
• Cooperates with law enforcement in cases of human trafficking or exploitation.
• Complies with EU legislation, including Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings.
• Complies with Visa and Mastercard rules regarding user safety and protection.

We take the following preventive measures:

• Automated screening of photos before they become publicly visible.

In cases of human trafficking, child exploitation, or CSAM, we fully cooperate with competent European law enforcement authorities, including Europol and national police forces.
