By creating an account or using the Lava Dating App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("the Terms"). If you do not agree to any of the Terms, please do not use the App.

Lava Dating App is a dating platform that uses artificial intelligence to suggest compatible connections between users. The App is not intended for adult entertainment, pornography, escort services, subscription content, or the sale or distribution of adult content. Any such content is prohibited and removed.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Use of the App by minors is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur through it. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and update your details when necessary.

By uploading content (photos, messages, etc.), you confirm that:

• Every person appearing in the content is at least 18 years old.
• You have obtained explicit written consent from every person appearing.
• The content does not contain illegal, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual material.
• You own the content or have permission to publish it.

The App offers free and paid subscription plans. Charges are clearly displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your profile.

The App uses a credit system for certain features. Credits have no monetary value outside the App and are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may request a selfie or other information to verify your identity. This data is used solely for verification purposes and is not displayed to other users.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific dating outcomes. We are not liable for the behaviour of users outside our platform. Exercise personal judgement and caution in all interactions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate the Terms, the law, or our policies. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Member State in which you are located. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we retain your data only for as long as your account remains active. Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for more than 11 months receive a warning email. If no login occurs within 30 days of the warning, the account and all associated data (profile, photos, messages, matches, credits) are permanently deleted after 13 months of inactivity.

You may request deletion of your data at any time through your profile settings (Profile → Account → Delete Account).

Lava Dating App is currently available exclusively to users located in Cyprus. The platform will soon expand to Greece, and subsequently to additional countries.

If you register or use the App from a country or region outside Cyprus, the availability and quality of matches may be significantly reduced due to the limited number of registered users in your area.

We are not liable for any diminished user experience, lack of matches, or delay in finding connections in geographic regions that are not officially supported at this time. Continued use of the App from unsupported regions is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that you may not receive the full value of the service.
