Content Provider Agreement

By uploading content to Lava Dating App, the user ("the Provider") agrees unconditionally to the following:

The Provider represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years old.

The Provider confirms that every person appearing in the uploaded content is at least 18 years old.

The Provider confirms that they have obtained freely given, explicit written consent from every person appearing in the content.

The Provider declares that no coercion, exploitation, or human trafficking exists in connection with the content.

The Provider confirms that they own the content or have permission to publish it, and that publication does not violate any third-party rights.

The Provider declares that the uploaded content complies with all applicable laws, including the laws of the European Union.

The Provider grants Lava Dating App the right to host, display, and moderate the content on the platform.

Lava Dating App reserves the right to remove content at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that the content violates the terms of use or the law.

Violation of any of the above declarations may result in immediate account suspension.

Serious violations — including human trafficking, child exploitation, non-consensual content, or illegal activity — may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
