Content Removal & Appeals

Any person depicted in content published on Lava Dating App may request its removal, including cases where:

• They did not consent to the publication.
• The publication violates their rights.
• The content is illegal or abusive.

Removal requests are submitted to:

support@lavadating.app

Sufficient identifying information is required, such as:

• A link or description of the content.
• Identity of the person requesting removal.
• Reason for the request (e.g., non-consent, rights violation).

During investigation, content may be temporarily hidden from public view to protect the individuals involved.

If a violation is confirmed, the content is removed immediately. The user who uploaded it may receive a warning, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Disputes regarding consent may be referred to an independent neutral third party. To submit an appeal, email support@lavadating.app within 14 days of the decision.

We comply with Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market, and with other applicable EU legislation.
